Masari Financial is a Sydney-based mortgage brokerage that specialises in residential and commercial lending. Having previously worked with the team on their campaign landing pages, dotMD was engaged to rebuild their full company website. The goal was to create a modern, high-performing digital presence that reflected the professionalism of their service and positioned them as a leading broker in a competitive market.

Challenge
The existing Masari Financial website was built on a proprietary CMS with limited scalability and design flexibility. The layout, structure and visuals failed to capture the calibre of the business, and the overall impression was that of a small local operator rather than a premier brokerage. The client needed a complete transformation, something that elevated their online presence, expanded their service coverage, and made the brand feel credible, confident and refined.
Solution
dotMD rebuilt the entire Masari Financial website on WordPress using best-practice development principles and an open-source framework designed for scalability.
The new site includes seven core pages, additional policy pages and a fully featured blog system. Custom post types were implemented for services, testimonials and team members, allowing the client to easily manage and scale content over time.
A fresh content structure was created to fully represent Masari’s service suite, and professional photography and videography were introduced to bring the team and brand to life. Security and performance were prioritised through Wordfence installation, caching setup, and a robust firewall and backup system.
All DNS records were managed carefully to ensure a seamless transition to dotMD’s secure hosting environment, and the site now includes key compliance documents such as the Credit Guide, Privacy Policy, and lender panel listings. Analytics and reCAPTCHA were configured from day one, and all lead forms were redesigned for accessibility and conversion.
Result
The new Masari Financial website has transformed how the brand is perceived online. The company’s visual identity now matches its real-world professionalism, giving clients and referral partners confidence in their services.
The new site is elegant, simple to use, and easy for the team to update internally. The scalable CMS and modular build ensure the website can evolve alongside the business. While it is too early for measurable performance data, the initial client feedback and brand presentation outcomes have been outstanding.
